The N.A.R.P. Society is a support group specifically curated to support retired athletes transition from their athletic careers to their daily lives after playing their last game. We seek to empower retired athletes to take control of their lives, set new goals, and find meaning and purpose outside of sports through various initiatives and activities. Whether through networking opportunities, mentorship, or personal workout and nutrition guides, members of the N.A.R.P. Society Program will have access to a wide range of resources to help them thrive in their post-athletic careers.

Start by submitting your application to the NARP Society. This step lets us get to know you a bit better, making sure this program is just right for you and can truly help you in the best way possible. Expect to hear from us within 24 hours.

Select the membership plan that best aligns with where you are in your journey. Whether you’re just starting out, transitioning from college sports, or navigating life after your professional career, we have a plan tailored for you.

Once you choose your plan, you’ll receive an email with instructions to set up your athlete profile in the NARP Society. This will give you access to all the features of the plan you selected, ensuring a personalized experience.

Once you’re in, connect with other athletes in our exclusive online community. Share experiences, build relationships, and get support from peers who are on the same path.

Dive into your mentorship sessions, community events, workshops, and exclusive content. As you progress through the program, we'll be right there with you, offering continuous support, cheering you on with loads of encouragement, and providing expert guidance every step of the way!

If you're not familiar with the term "NARP," it stands for "non-athletic regular person." It's commonly used by collegiate athletes in reference to peers who are not on a sports team. This reference is all in good fun, embracing the ironic truth that we'll all be NARPs someday.

We understand that circumstances may change, and we respect your decision regarding the N.A.R.P. program. While you are welcome to cancel your membership at any time, please note that refunds cannot be issued. This program is exclusive, and our team is dedicated to providing the highest level of support and personalized guidance to help each mentee achieve their goals. We invest significant time and effort into tailoring the program to meet each athlete’s unique needs and aspirations. To maintain the quality and integrity of the mentorship experience, we uphold a no-refund cancellation policy.

Absolutely! We're delighted to offer the option to continue with the program after the initial three-month period. During this time, you have the flexibility to make any necessary adjustments to your nutrition and fitness plan. You can easily pick up right where you left off with your teammate. Whether you want to fine-tune your goals or explore new challenges, we're here to support you every step of the way.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time depending on your needs. If you feel that you need more personalized support or access to additional resources, you can move to a higher tier. Similarly, if you need to adjust your plan, we’re happy to work with you to find the best fit.

We regularly add new virtual workshops and in-person events. Monthly virtual workshops are scheduled, and in-person events, including networking opportunities and sports leagues, are planned throughout the year. You'll have access to these as part of your membership, with updates sent directly to your inbox.

At the moment, mentorship services are not covered by insurance companies. However, we are actively working towards making positive changes in this area to provide more support for mental health services..

Once you’re enrolled in the program, you will be able to schedule your one-on-one mentorship sessions through our online portal. You'll work with your mentor to find times that fit your schedule.
